ARTISO A. MANDAWA, belong to ken’uy-palaw’an tribe and born in Ipilan, Brooke’s Piont on March 3, 1968.
He is the 6th child of Gandelan Diosdado M. Mandawa and Alfreda Abe na kapwa mga katutubo sa Bayan ng Brooke's Point
I finish my Elementary Education @ Pangobilian Elementary School on 1984, at High School naman sa Sacred Heart of Jesus High School in Brooke’s Point on 1988 bilang Working Student.
For my college, I finish my vocational @ Palawan National Agricultural College on 1990 at undergraduate ng Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering sa parehong Eskuwilahan.
