Recently I am working in RUNNER Group as Executive in HR department. Here I have assigned for Recruitment and Selection also Training and Development section also employee relation. I also have a very good knowledge about the IFS and Winsoft known as HR software. Now I am seeking to a new opportunity to build up my career in a challenging and a dignified HR position in an organization Like Pharmaceuticals or MNC where creativity, sincerity skill and performances are the criteria for one's appraisal.
