I train, coach, mentor and consult organization and teams on software development methods and practices. I am a co-founder of ScrumTrek (training and consulting company in Agile and Software Engineering), SkillTrek (software engineering trainings for students), founder and coordinator of AgileRussia community (www.agilerussia.ru), speaker at many software conferences. I have served as a project manager, a QA manager, a developer, an analyst, an instructor and a teamlead on various projects.
