Since I got my Psychology degree, tookup photography love of art flows in my flesh and bone. I began studying cinematography and directing at Yangon Film School (YFS) in 2005. In 2007, I directed my first documentary, ‘Into the Ring’, which won the award for Best Film from the Heinrich Boell Foundation. The film portrays an 18-years old boxer and his motivation to risk life and limb in the ring. Recently, I've got Best Student Cinematography Award from Palm Springs International Short Fest 2014 in California, Many of my films have been screened at international film festivals.
