Dennis Winkler II, also known by his spiritual name Ausar II; is the National Administrator and Chief Minister of The Afrikan Village in Baltimore, Maryland. He was born on January 22, 1979 in Baltimore. He is married to Camele Winkler who he has been with since his 9th grade year of high school. Dennis and Camele are the proud parents of their two sons, Dennis Winkler III and Jamil Winkler. He is an entrepreneur, Minister and National Administrator of The Afrikan Village and Cultural Center.
In August of 2009, Dennis took his father to Egypt with the founder and Chief Spiritual Elder of the Afrikan Village, Dr. Ray Hagins who served as the tour guide during their two week study tour. Short
