I am a pulmonary physician turned medical innovator. After completing my post graduation in Pulmonary medicine at VP chest Institute, Delhi university, I joined the Stanford India Biodesign Fellowship based at Stanford University California and AIIMS, New Delhi. At the program, along with my team and faculty from AIIMS and Stanford, we co-invented NeoBreathe, the world's first foot operated resuscitation system. It is an easy to use device meant to empower care-givers across the world to save the lives of newborn babies who fail to breathe at birth.
