An accomplished engineer and business leader, Avinash Rachmale holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, in the Indian state of Maharashtra and a master of science in civil engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Since founding Lakeshore Engineering in 1994, he has seen the organization become one of the fastest-growing minority-owned businesses in the United States. Avinash Rachmale selected Lakeshore’s executive team from a pool of highly skilled senior administrators, and he credits much of the company’s success to the loyalty and dedication of his 300 employees.
