 Responsible for Conducting Employee Orientation & Induction Programs and for further integration using Buddy and Knowledge management methods.
 Monitoring, evaluating and recommending strategies according to the Companies corporate objectives and manpower plan related to the Local and Overseas recruitment.
 Conducting Need Analysis, Training's, Evaluating Feed Back and Effectiveness with different result based reports.
 Maintain recruitment data and statistics; provide regular updates to the HR Head
