Since commencing my career as Support Service Coordinator for Saudi Airlines, I now have over 7 years of experience in the HR industry from working as a HR Business Partner at BAE Systems to providing leadership as a Country Human Resources Manager at Bristol – Myers Squibb. I have a firm grasp of UK, US and Saudi Arabian policies, procedures and regulations related to human resources and labour.

I strive to achieve excellence in any task that I take on, As such, I have been rewarded and recognized for my efforts throughout my career, including receiving an Employee of the Year award in 2003, and a Bronze Chairman Award in 2014, out of 500 employees, whilst employed for BAE systems .
