I currently head the Motorola Solutions’ Government Affairs and Public Policy activities for the Asia Pacific Region based in Singapore. As an expert on spectrum management and Emergency and disaster communications, I Chair of the the APT Task Group on Public safety and disaster Relief Communications. I was the key originator of ITU Resolution 646 on spectrum for Public protection and disaster Relief -PPDR communications.Prior to joining Motorola in 1996, I was a senior regulator with Government of India for 22 years as a spectrum regulator and Telecom policy specialist.
