A seasoned Rotaractor, Atwine Paul has for the past five years dedicated himself to a life of service above self whilst pursing his career aspirations.
Within the many capacities in which he has served, most notable are President of the Rotaract Club of Kampala International University where he pursued his Law Degree; During his Presidency, his club was the only institution based Rotaract Club in Uganda that actively fund raised and contributed 100$ to the Haiti disaster in 2009.
