I have been given the responsibility of managing internal IT systems on top of BSS. managed to reduced OPEX and introduced new policies and procedures which enhanced the overall IT performance and closed all the security issues.
Currently involved with the private cloud solutions to further reduce our OPEX and enhance services and productivity.
