Well..this was d most difficult question 4 me sometimes before. But now somehow I can answer it very well. I am an intuitive person, like to put behind the past and look forward and of course enjoying my lovely present. It is the ideal thing a person needs to do, to be happy. It seems difficult sometimes because of the environment/alluded cacophony around us. Controlling its effect is difficult but not impossible. So, one can give a try to belittle this effect on our way of living and our destiny.
