As an educator and author, my mission is helping individuals and organizations explore the internal barriers that impede realization of leadership potential, block individual and organizational intelligence, ruin relationships, and make our lives seem like a never-ending onslaught of problems to be solved. In my seminars and book I present an understanding that grows in you as you try it out for yourself. I do not prescribe techniques that don’t quite fit your circumstances and are soon forgotten.
