We started on this journey with the goal to improve the way we work and live. We found that ultimately all the new forms of collaboration and communication didn’t change the core of businesses and brands. Sure, adding another social layer was fairly successful for some. While some businesses were too focused on transferring the old push model into the new marketing reality, others utilized new technologies to further optimize processes for operational excellence, leaving out the human factor. We don’t believe current models effectively stimulate the endless potential of human emotion and creativity, thereby limiting the potential of new technologies.
And thus, BatesHook was born.
