Michael Bernier received two “Level 2” certifications (currently the highest certification offered) through American Parkour (APK) and World Freerunning Parkour Federation (WFPF). He has coached professionally since 2011 and has personally trained in the physical discipline of Parkour for over 9 years. He’s strong advocate for efficiency, and being strong to be useful. He involves his students in activities that challenge both their minds and bodies. He’s a veteran of the United States Navy and prior correctional officer making his coaching style focused on efficiency. When he’s not coaching Parkour classes at three different locations he’s taking classes for his MBA. In addition
