Worked in IT Project Management Office of 3. This role focused on the creation of a greenfields PMO - as such it included methodology appraisal, maturity assessment and then an integrated program of work to develop and enhance the workflow practices of a section of the UWS IT department.
In this role, I have performed:
* Acting role as team leader, running a tender and finalising selection criteria.
* Reporting and quality assessment of projects for presentation to senior management.
* Input into strategic decisions through portfolio prioritisation and selection.
* Methodology selection, design, training and support, focused on projects and moving onto programs.
