Over the last 18 years, I have lived and worked in over 15 countries across Europe and South America managing Business Process operations and consulting services. My main expertise has been associated to creating and developing, service and business models, that allow companies to fulfil their vision for customer’s experience by integrating all areas like marketing, sales, IT, finance and operations into highly efficient models. In my senior management roles my other great focus and enjoyment has always been the development of HHRR models and policies that transform the way companies interact with their employees and create a culture that helps maximize the potential of those around m.
