I am a highly dedicated and hard-working person. I am focused and visionary in my way of accomplishing the processes. My work is structured and in spite of an often very hard workload, I never get stressed. As a leader my keyword is to make involvement by motivation and training. I expect my employees to be responsible and I do not wont to be involved in details. My main forces are business and IT strategy. But I have worked with nearly all areas within a business: Product development, production, purchasing, logistics, general IT, marketing, CRM and E-strategy.
