Starting at the age of 13 taking a break dance class at Danza Viva, her local studio, Keeley has discovered a love for the art of dance, especially Hip Hop. There she studied with a youth group and trained in styles like African, Swing, Jazz, Modern, and hip hop, getting trained by instructors such as Christopher Courtney and Dunni T. Cosey Gay. With Danza Viva, she has gotten to perform all over the Chicago area at places such as the Chicago Multicultural Center, Dusable Museum, and the Chicago Center for the Performing Arts. She also found that she has an interest in teaching and choreography as she taught for many of her high school events and set work on the Orchesis Dance Company there.
