SUFC has entered a period of generational transition and change in its playing and coaching leadership. Developing strong organisational leadership is essential to the club maintaining its position as Australia's premier rugby club. The club recognises its unique position as a university-centred sporting organisation, and supports its members' academic, career, and rugby aspirations. It does this through its rugby programmes and pathways.
