Born and raised walking distance from L.A. beaches, a "Dogtown dinosaur" and avid all around "waterman".
Started designing vehicles around 5 years old. Learned scuba diving and surfing by age 9.
Began designing and building surfboards and small hydroplanes by the 6th grade.
Worked in Thermal-physics for Hughes Aerospace on projects such as DomSat, ComSat, OSO (Orbiting Solar Observatory) and Pioneer Venus.
Owned a Composite Design, Tooling and Fabrication business by 25 and shucked it all to get out of the city (Compton,,, yuck!) by 27.
