Main tasks are:
• To achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment process
• Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Ensure through and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback through the relevant recruitment systems
• Screen CVs in line with the line managers requirements and arrange interviews as appropriate
• Final round HR competency based interviewing and feedback management
• To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
