I have been a Medical and Vocational Case Manager at Texas Mutual for 17 years. I enjoy working with employers in showing them how to save money on claim costs. It's also fun to create those jobs in a modified duty setting that we did not see beforehand! I published an article in Rehab Pro Magazine in 2009 about the tale of Vocational Rehabilitation in 18 States. And I got a Return to Work Blog rolling within the Texas Mutual Insurance website. I supervise other case managers as needed on Workers' Compensation files.
