My professional experience consists of Data Analytics and Customer Insights. Leveraging data to uncover opportunities within the business to positively impact the bottom line is one of the main areas I have focused my career. I spent a number of years mining through one of the largest data repositories in the US, gaining valuable experience in manipulating and managing information to drive business decisions. I have used a number of data analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, and SPSS to assist in understanding large amounts of organizational information.
