I was named Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2013. I provide leadership and strategic direction for the operations of the university Human Resources team that supports over 3,000 employees throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
I have been with Embry-Riddle since 1998. My career at the university began in the Daytona Beach Financial Aid office and led me to Human Resources in 2000. I have held various roles within the HR department including Manager of Employee Relations, Executive Director, and Associate Vice President.
