I am an independent Learning Technologies consultant based in Johannesburg, South Africa, having worked in higher education for over 25 years, and with Moodle for 11+ years. I currently work on a number of Educational Technology and Open Educational Resource projects at higher education institutions across sub-Saharan Africa, encompassing research, strategy, theory, practical implementation and professional development for academics. I am also non-resident Research Associate in the Department of Information Systems, Rhodes University South Africa.
