Here is my Spring 2009 Coaching Philosophy to the team. Cary Grove lacrosse club continues to grow and develop into a competitive team that welcomes everyone. As a Coach I am looking to prepare our players for competition on the field and for life. Lacrosse is a good foundation to help provide them with the tools they need to become their best, to challenge them and to ultimately succeed on and off the field. As head coach I will continue to stress the importance of safety, teamwork, camaraderie, leadership, dedication, education, honesty, sportsmanship, and competition.
