After seeing a gap in the market for locally sourced, high value-added foods, I started marketing and selling cold pressed rapeseed oil and oil based products at food shows and farmers' markets. At the time the market lacked quality and clear distribution into the food manufacturing and catering sector. Seeing the upside potential of this I designed and developed a brand which was to represent high quality, crafted foods.
