Technical Project Manager is the best summary title for my experience but doesn't capture all of my capabilities. With a background in enterprise engineering at the Pentagon I have developed a holistic view of technology where the various areas are blended to help entities meet their missions (processes, domains, security, transport, servers, hosting, cloud technologies and most importantly people).
