By age 40 I had five dream careers (consulting, banking, airline CFO, professor and entrepreneur). At Skywest, we grew from 400 employees to 800 employees in 18 months. Our biggest challenge was talent. When I started teaching, my students' talent was better than their job search skills. This is the problem I want to solve with team-based learning (TBL) and cognitive science based methods and technologies as an Educator, Entrepreneur and Speaker.
