• Diagnosis and resolution of faults on the access network devices such as OLTs, FDTs, FATs, ONTs, STBs, Cable Modems and EMTAs as well as the HFC hubs consisting of RF Combiners, Transmitters, Receivers, Amplifiers and CMTS • Ensuring the access network performance and availability is within the stipulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Producing network designs to meet tactical and commercial expectations • Ensuring key network performance parameters are monitored by the NOC and proposing improvements in monitoring to accurately measure the overall performance of the network • Liaising with third-party vendors in the resolution of network equipment faults • Handling se...
