I have over eight years of solid IT Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration and Help desk Management experience. I have continually acquired impeccable knowledge of my field through my off site assignments around the Middle East, Asia, Caribbean and Europe. I currently possess a few Microsoft, CompTIA and ITIL certifications (MCSA/MCTS/MCITP/A+/ITIL V3) and I am a VMware Certified Professional (VCP5). I have completed my IT Project Management course at the National University of Singapore and I am currently pursuing my MBA degree at the University of Birmingham.
I am in constant yearning for ways to increase my knowledge and experience in IT and Project Management.
