I am a life coach and an art therapist and the only Arabic speaking trained facilitator of "Rebonding of the Body(TM)" and "Freedom from Emotional Eating(TM)" in the Middle East. I am also a P.E.T. (Parent Effectiveness Training) trainer. P.E.T. is a world renouned communications skills program for parents authored by Dr. Thomas Gordon of Gordon Training International GTI. My passion is helping women deal with their body image and abuse issues and seeing the butterfliesthat they are come out of their cocoons and fly free. I am also very passionate about supporting parents in achieving better communication with their children.
