Carneil Angelo Brooks (born 8 Jul 1984) is a Yeoman (Administrative Assistant) at the rank of E-5, a Petty Officer, Second Class stationed at Tinker Air Force Base VQ-3 Squadron located near Oklahoma City, OK where he is currently serving as Administrative Leading Petty Officer of the Operations Department.
