About
I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the Australian National University and a PI at the City University of New York Social Policy Simulation Center (SPSC) and the University Transportation Research Center Region 2 (UTRC) also in New York. I specialize in sustainable urban public transport; transport system resilience; agglomeration economies and other spatial effects of transport investments; transport finance and PPPs; and infrastructure and economic development. As an aside I also write fiction and plays. One of my plays was professionally read and directed in New York this year.
