I am 52 Years old. I have worked in the Communications and Contact Centre industry since 1997.
My career started working for BT as an emergency operator and from there after promotion to supervisor. I have worked my way through the ranks to Team Leader and onto Team Manager. I have lead teams of upto 20 people for BT and then Hero tsc which is an out-sourced company for Vodafone.
