About
Carlos has been consultant for many public and private institutions in projects aimed at improving services organisation within the Italian NHS. He is Associate Editor of the Journal BMC Health Services Research. He is currently working on a large trial (UP-TECH project), aimed at improving the provision of health and social care for patients with Alzheimer, through the integration of care services and the use of ICT (Chiatti et al, 2012 Trials).
