I´ve been working in IT Industry for the last 20 years.
With skills in service management in a wide variety of business in Brazil, coordinating a team of more than 2.000 professionals among senior managers, project managers, consultants, developers, IT experts, software factory and solution architectures in service consultant companies.
Delivery of projects in Brazil, being responsible for the results, quality and KPIs of the service department, as well as PMO development to keep the control and quality assurance of the projects.
