About
Carol has over 30 years in leadership roles in local government and the Territorial Army. For many years she has developed skills in learning and development and has been leading a national mentor network for the Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professionals for over 10 years.
Trained as a coach in 2006, Carol is ICF accredited. She is also a member of the Association for Coaching and the Christian Coaches Network.
