Catherine Ngugi is passionate about education as a driver of social change. Having worked in both the private sector and the non-profit sector, she has come to believe that a robust educational grounding can prepare any individual to meet the challenges of the fast-paced, constantly changing networked world in which we live today. As the head of OER Africa, Catherine works with senior administrators of higher education institutions, government officials and donor partners to support the strategic deployment of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as key pillars of higher education content development and delivery.
