Being a combination of account manager, IT manager & trustee for my customer, the role of SDM at Synergics is a divers & complex job to handle and therefore even more interesting.
As SDM I assure the delivery of a correct service for my customer by using all opportunities to improve productivity, quality of service and customer satisfaction.
