I never would've thought I'd end up being the person people go to when there's "a problem with the website", but I am now that person (one of two, anyway). I create, update and revise content on our bilingual Drupal site and monitor analytics (on our site and social networks) to see which audiences are engaging with which online content, when, and to what extent. I also edit documents here and there and provide the occasional condensed Twitter tutorial in the hallway.
