I manage the most important, trans-formative transactions of companies by aligning buyer and seller expectations to facilitate the sale of the company. I focus on raising capital and advising on mergers and acquisitions at Headwaters MB. I previously worked at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Generation Equity Advisors and New Century Capital Partners, where I completed private placements, fairness opinions and M&A transactions for both private and public companies.
