Provide troubleshooting assistance in regards to computer problems dealing with software and/or hardware on faculty, professor, and student computers. Assistance over the phone or face-to-face is provided for all troubleshooting situations through our Remedy ticketing system. Hardware and software maintenence is a must throughout the building's 100+ computers. Projector and audio is setup for administrative events on campus.
