My primary focus is legal ethics, medical ethics and product liability litigation on a nationwide basis, because of the complex intricacies of the cases. I also handle personal injury cases of all types in Minnesota regarding primarily litigation. I have worked towards legacy building through giving back to legal and medical communities. This includes such activities as teaching continuing legal education classes on state and national levels, community awareness of current legal issues, team building to provide coordination of attorneys throughout the country in national drug litigation, and publication of legal articles and peer-reviewed work.
