For nearly six years, I have been fortunate to have the experience to support directly to HR Manager/Director, Operation Manager, Board of Director and HR Advisors to support the company's strategic planning by acting as a monitor to help to ensure, monitor, set up the rules that are aligned between HR and Strategic Planning.
