I began my career as a waiter from Pan Pacific Hotel, Dhaka in 1981, just after doing the graduation.
Then I moved to Riyadh, KSA in 1984 when, received an appointment to become a kitchen understudy, and later, the Demi Chef at Hotel Al Khozama, a Rosewood managed Hotel.
In 1991 I joined with Marriott, Riyadh, KSA, in the position of the Chef D Parte then, within another year and a half, was promoted to Sous Chef.
When returned to my home country in Bangladesh, in 1996, I joined as the Executive Chef for Biman Flight Catering Company, the nation's only airline catering service with a capacity of 30,000 meals per day and a kitchen brigade of 250 staff.
