I'm an engaging speaker, coach, and leader who conducts actionable Design Thinking workshops, user research, and usability testing. I create and execute comprehensive design and research plans targeted to the different stages of the product lifecycle.
I also independently developed sites for Bob Williams' 2013-14 Alaska Lieutenant Governor Campaign, and the international news startup, Latitude News, coordinating the UX, IA, content strategy & social communications.
I have a PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic in HCI, technical communication & rhetoric.
