Leads team of 8 software developers in developing tablet based Electronic Medical Record, Practice Management and Billing software for Urgent care clinics. Helped define and implement a standard architecture which new projects are built to, and older more expensive to maintain projects will be migrated to. Implemented new processes that allow for smoother development across teams including check-in builds, nightly deployments and automated unit test runs.
